Tours and Visits

We’d love to show you around! You can schedule an in-person tour directly through our website or by contacting our leasing office. Please remember to bring a valid ID when you visit.

Prefer to explore from home? Take advantage of our virtual tours available online, or reach out to us for personalized unit walk-through videos tailored to your preferred floor plan.

Application and Leasing

Once you’ve found your ideal floor plan on our website, simply apply online through our secure portal. You can also call our leasing office at 281-241-7934, our team is happy to assist with any questions.

You’ll need a valid ID and proof of income to complete your application. These documents help us ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process.

Applicants should have a combined income of at least 2.8x the monthly rent.

We offer 12- and 13-month lease terms, so you can choose the option that best fits your lifestyle.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Each leaseholder must be listed on the policy.

For the comfort and safety of all residents, subleasing is not permitted.

You’ll receive a renewal notice 90 days before your lease ends. To renew, simply email us at least 60 days before expiration, and we’ll provide your updated lease terms. If you decide not to renew, we’ll share detailed move-out instructions and your final account information.

Pets

Absolutely! At Reserve at Ventana Lakes, pets are family. We welcome both cats and dogs, breed and size restrictions may apply, so please check with our leasing team for details.

 Yes, a one time Pet Fee applies, along with monthly pet rent. Fees vary based on the number and type of pets
