Pet-Friendly Amenities

Life here is just as good for your pet as it is for you. Take a look at our pet-friendly amenities, designed with four-legged residents in mind.

Private Patios and Balconies: Every apartment home comes with a private patio or balcony, giving your pet a little outdoor space of its own. Many homes also include private yards, great for more energetic pups. Browse our floor plans to find the layout that fits your pet's personality.

On-Site Dog Park and Pet Spa: Let your dog run free in our on-site dog park, then rinse off the mud at our pet spa before heading back inside. No more muddy paw prints through the apartment.

Trails and Green Space: The Ventana Lakes trail system runs right around the property, and the City of Katy Off-Leash Dog Park and Mary Jo Peckham Park are both a short drive away for even more room to roam.
